Personal Injury
People hire lawyers, not law firms...
Tim Petumenos takes personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis, and no fees are owed unless a recovery is obtained.
For over twenty years, Tim Petumenos supervised the personal injury department in one of Alaska’ largest law firms and handled a diverse range of serious personal injury cases, including traffic accidents, aviation crashes, industrial accidents and maritime related cases. He also teaches and trains new attorneys in the field of personal injury representation.
Personal injury cases are offered on a contingent fee basis, and no fees are owed unless a recovery is obtained. Tim Petumenos takes only those cases which require attorney assistance to maximize a client’s recovery. Careful attention is made to screening your case at the outset so the challenges of going forward with litigation, the costs, and the likely recovery are fully understood. Your case will be screened without charge and all of the work product accumulated during the screening process will be turned over to you, irrespective of whether you ultimately decide to hire the firm.
