Tim Petumenos has been qualified by the Alaska Superior Court as an expert witness on legal malpractice and legal ethics issues and has served as a hearing officer on discipline for the Alaska Bar Association. He has taken numerous high profile cases where the law required him to stand in the shoes of the Attorney General of the State of Alaska in connection with the Alaska Executive Ethics Act involving gubernatorial conduct. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Alaska.
